Effective January 1, 2020, RCTA requires all new Dial-A-Ride users to submit a completed ADA Paratransit Application for Eligibility.
All applications will be evaluated for eligibility under ADA public transit eligibility criteria. Applicants who are deemed eligible will be issued RCTA ADA ID cards and can utilize DAR at ADA fares. Other applicants can still use DAR, but will pay the higher, General Public fare ($5). If you have NOT ridden RCTA DAR in 2019, download and complete the application and mail or drop off the application at RCTA, 140 Williams Drive, Crescent City, CA 95531. Applications must be submitted in advance of any desired DAR travel, to allow time for application processing.
Call (707) 464-6400 to Dial-A-Ride
Wheelchair accessible door-to-door service is available throughout the Crescent City area. Please call for a reservation 1 to 7 days before you desire to travel. Advance scheduling allows RCTA DAR to function as efficiently as possible, improving reliability and helping you to arrive on time.
