On March 29, 2024, RCTA released a Request for Proposals (RFP) soliciting proposals for consultant services for Project Approvals and Environmental (CEQA) Documentation Services for RCTA’s Williams Drive M&O Facility Bus Charging Infrastructure Project. Proposals must be received no later than Friday, April 19th, 2024. Interested parties may contact the RCTA Executive Director with questions via email at tmtpconsulting@gmail.com.
An optional zoom-based pre-bid conference is scheduled for Monday, April 8th, 2024 from 3-5pm. Please contact RCTA for the zoom invitation. Addenda, if any, will be posted on the RCTA Williams Drive Bus Charging Infrastructure RFP Page.
RCTA requires Environmental Planning & CEQA Certification to advance the Williams Drive M&O Facility Bus Charging Infrastructure Project. The project will be built on RCTA’s 1.25 acre ground lease parcel at 140 Williams Drive. Proposers must have experience producing CEQA-compliant Project Approval Environmental Documents using the Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual.
