Lost and Found:

If you lose something on the bus, call us at 707-464-6400. Tell us the date and time you lost the item, the route (or Dial-A-Ride), and a complete description of the article. Be sure to call us if you find something, too.

Seeing Eye dogs and other service animals are allowed on the bus. Other small animals in carriers may be allowed if pre-arranged. Call 707-464-6400 for more information.

Redwood Coast Transit Authority reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. To ensure a pleasant experience for all passengers, RCTA has adopted a Rider Code of Conduct that establishes a suspension of service process for those who violate RCTA policies. Evasion of fare payment, smoking, loud music, boisterous or unruly behavior, or willful disturbance or others is strictly prohibited (California PUC Sec. 640).
