On March 29, 2024, RCTA released a Request for Proposals (RFP) soliciting proposals for consultant services for On-Call Project Management Support Services. Proposals must be received no later than Friday, April 19th, 2024. Interested parties may contact the RCTA Executive Director with questions via email at tmtpconsulting@gmail.com.
An optional zoom-based pre-bid conference is scheduled for Monday, April 8th, 2024 from 1-3pm. Please contact RCTA for the zoom invitation. Addenda, if any, will be posted on the RCTA On-Call Project Management Support RFP Page.
RCTA requires project management support over the next 5 years to deliver two key TIRCP-funded capital projects, the Williams Drive M&O Center Bus Charging Infrastructure project and the Downtown Transit Center. The PM Support consultant will assist RCTA through all phases of both projects, starting with the PA/ED phase of the Charging Infrastructure project, which begins in May 2024. It is expected that construction management for both projects will be contracted out and CM duties are NOT included in the scope of the PM Support RFP.
