At Redwood Coast Transit, we understand the importance of accessible medical care. That’s why we offer affordable and safe transportation to specialized medical services in Medford, Grants Pass, and Eureka.

Shuttle Fares

• Medford: Only $12 per trip
• Grants Pass: Only $10 per trip
• Eureka: Only $12 per trip

FREE rides are available with a voucher from your doctor.

How It Works:

1. Request a Voucher: Ask your healthcare provider for a transportation voucher to cover your fare.
2. Call to Schedule: Contact Redwood Coast Transit at (707) 308-7433 (RIDE) to book your ride.
   • For Medford/Grants Pass trips, plan your doctor’s appointment on Tuesday or Thursday around midday. Our shuttle leaves Crescent City at 8 a.m., and we’ll pick you up from your home.
   • For Eureka trips, use Route 20. If you can’t get to a Route 20 bus stop, call us, and we’ll provide a free shuttle connection.
3.  Present Your Voucher: Show your voucher to the driver for a FREE round-trip ride to your medical appointment.

To ensure your doctor can issue you a voucher for free transportation, please show them these instructions:

1. Provide a Voucher: Doctors can issue a transportation voucher for free rides to medical appointments in Medford, Grants Pass, or Eureka.
2. Fill Out the Voucher: Doctors should write the patient’s last name and their own last name on the voucher and circle the destination city.
