Reservations can be made up 5:00 pm the day prior to your flight, based on availability. Advanced reservations are recommended as space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tips for Booking your Trip
- Be on time. Vehicles may arrive between 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time. Your driver will only wait 5 minutes upon arrival.
- Schedule drop-off times. Schedule your trip to be dropped off one hour prior to your flight’s departure time.
- Plan ahead. To request changes to your reservation due to late or changed flights on days, call us at 707.464.6400.
- Cancel early. If you must cancel, please call 707.464.6400 and cancel your trip at least two hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time. Please provide your name, phone number, and the date and time of the trip you wish to cancel.
CEC Bus Pick-ups and Drop-offs
The passenger pick-up and drop-off loading zone is located at the curb directly in front of the Terminal. This area is intended for quick pick-up/drop-off. Unattended vehicles in this loading zone will be cited.

How long will my bus wait?
Once a vehicle arrives to pick you up, it will hold for no more than 5 minutes. Please be ready to board.
Am I required to tip my driver?
No, if you wish to express gratitude, please contact a customer service representative or send us a commendation via email, and your driver will be recognized for their service.
